Digital Product Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to digital products purchased from Jackie’s Journey, including ebooks, guides, trackers and downloadable bundles.

Purchasing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your digital product will be sent to the email address supplied during checkout, so please make sure it is correct.

Digital delivery and cancellation

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital product and agree that delivery may begin before the end of the usual 14-day cancellation period.

You acknowledge that once the download or access to the digital product begins, you lose your right to cancel the purchase simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty, not as described or cannot be accessed.

Refunds and problems

Because these are digital downloads, refunds are not normally provided once delivery has begun. If you receive the wrong product, the file is faulty or you cannot access your purchase, please email info@jackiesjourneywithlove.comso the problem can be resolved.

Personal use

Your purchase is for your own personal use. You may download and print copies for yourself, but you must not share, copy, resell, upload, distribute or commercially reproduce the product.
