Magnesium Citrate
Life Saver!
This is what I take to help me avoid Constipation!
Most of us will be lacking in Magnesium but each type of Magnesium has different effects on our body, this one puts back some of that missing Magnesium but it also can act as a mild laxative. Not only that, it helps with sleep, restless legs, menopause, moods, energy and more. You can also twist open the capsule and put it in a smoothie or shake.
I take one every day and helps keep me regular, I do take an extra one daily when needed, highly recommend you get stocked up!
Electrolyte Complex
This what is what I use to ensure I get the right minerals and fasting salts like Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Sodium and Chloride.
These also help with hydration, they can reduce tiredness and fatigue, helps the nervous system and muscle function, helps with digestion and can give you energy suitable for people on low-carb diets and they are sugar free, bonus!
Needles
Please seek medical advice before using this product.
These are the ones I use
Weighing Scales (Bluetooth)
Love these! If you download the APP, you will get a ton of information and haven't let me down yet!
You can share the data with other Apps too.
Word to the wise, these will reset to dividing the pounds by 10 rather than 14 so have to reset.
Vitamin D3
Think these are important as we tend to lose Muscle mass on our journey, these not only improve your immune system but also help maintain strong bones, teeth and muscle function.
Especially if you live in the UK, we don't always get enough Vitamin D from our weather.
You can become deficient in this as you get older or go through the Menopause so worth considering on your Mounjaro journey.
B12 Spray
Since the Menopause, these have been a life saver! They help with tiredness and fatigue, four sprays in the morning and if needed a couple of extra later in the afternoon.
Also helps your heart, concentration and gives your body that much needed extra B12 that most of us are lacking.
Protein Shakes
Another life saver for me. There are times I really struggle to eat and I cannot face anything in the mornings so this is my go to drink from PROTEIN WORKS.
Tons of great flavours, tastes great, I sometimes throw in some frozen fruit but you can also add other things like your Magnesium, iron, fibre, these are now my new best friends and I buy in 2kg bags as quite good prices too.
Yoga Mat
As lazy as I am, after losing over 4 stone, I am now able to get down onto a Yoga mat and start moving. Great little mat, comes with the carry strap, not that I'm brave enough to go anywhere but home to do it but tucks away nicely.
Journal
I try and journal EVERYTHING, makes me more accountable when I look back and also shows me how I am feeling if I need to address it.
These little journals I have used for years, they come in a load of lovely colours, I use them for my Mediumship journey too. Highly recommend them. I must have around 12 of these up to now!
Pull Up Bar for Doorway
I have no muscle, no strength in my muscles and I know it. This was the reason for this. I also have a shoulder issue and was advised to get one to remedy my bad posture after years of rounding my shoulders trying to hide myself because I was so fat!
I have bet my granddaughter Elliena that I will be able to do at least one CHIN UP before I turn 60 the end of March 2025 and I try, everyday.
Currently I just hang as that is all I can do but every day, I see a little improvement. I put this here to inspire any other 'lazy' folk that might need a bit of motivation because if I can do it, so can you, we are in this together!
